How Opal's Candies began

Opal's family recipe provides nut-filled comfort sweets that people have a connection with and was enjoyed by Opal’s family, friends & coworkers in Greensboro, North Carolina. After her retirement, she only shared it with family and close friends.

We’d like to give you this opportunity to celebrate Opal and her delicious brittles & nuts. We have even added several new flavors using her original recipes. Try one or all, we’re sure you will enjoy them every bit as much as we do.
